Hi, do you accept later check ins, for example at 22.00hrs?

Hi :) if normally there is no problem. We only ask guests to notify us to be aware of their arrival. Reception closes at 10pm but there will be someone waiting for late reservations.

Do you have planned events or activities?

No, but we have lot of suggestions for you

Is it quiet at night?

Yes it is. We are not a party hostel, so after 11 pm we ask all our guests to turn down music and to please be quiet.

Do I need a lock for the lockers?

Don´t worry, we provide a key for each locker

How much does it cost to rent a lock?

The price per accommodation includes a locker with key to store valuables. If you want to rent a locker without staying, the price per day is $ 50 mxn

Are sheets and towels included?

Yes, you will find your towels and sheets inside the locker.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Could one day be a great hostel, but isn’t yet there.
Lovely garden.
Cold dorm with poorly fitting door opening onto the garden. Minimal staff (no volunteers). No hostel vibe (just felt like cheap accommodation).

Exceptional
The location is absolutely perfect, in the centre of San Cristobal but still quiet enough. The garden inside of the hostel makes it feel like your own little oasis and the staff is amazing. So kind and helpful, even when I was sick they made me feel like I was taken care off. The kitchen is super well equipped and drinkable water is always available. Stayed here almost two weeks in total and would absolutely always come back when I am back in town. Highly highly recommend! (Bonus: most comfortable beds I have encountered in Mexico so far)
